RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to this Refund & Refund Policy.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.

 

DISTINGUISHING REPLACEMENT PERIOD AND REFUND PERIOD

The money exchange period (refund period) lasts for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. The replacement period will occur after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an electronic device on the Esthetic World Beauty store, you are eligible for 30-day refund period, if more than 30 days have elapsed from the date of purchase, the only possibility is replacing the product with a new one during the warranty period (“replacement period”), if warranty is applicable to the bought product.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@estheticworldbeauty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and new unopened, unused item with proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •         Safety/PPE Products and Products that come to close contact to the skin: Gloves, Disposable Surgical Masks, Sanitizers, Anti-fog Masks, Face Shields, Dental Bibs
  •         Microblading, Shading, Lip Pigments
  •         Needles, Epil Brow Trimmer
  •         No Refunds/Returns for Digital Products: Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course, Scalp Micropigmentation Online Course, Microblading Online Course
  •         Class Deposits: $500 deposit is non-refundable, also if course amount is paid in full, we reserve right to hold $500 non-refundable deposit.
  •         Free Items: Dion Plasma Pen that comes with Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course can only be exchanged during the Warranty Period

  •       A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  •       Online Courses: Due to the nature of the product being digital, we cannot issue refunds once the item* is purchased. We offer the beginner level online courses, if you are interested in advanced level training consider taking our hands-on training. Dion Plasma Pen device is included free with the Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course. Dion Plasma Pen device value with Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course is $0.00, which means that we can’t refund you, but we can send you replacement device, if you send back us your device during warranty period.   •       Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course: Dion Plasma Pen device value with Fibroblast Skin Tightening Online Course is $0.00, which means that we can’t refund you, but we can send you replacement device, if you send back us your device during warranty period. By clicking “I agree to the terms and conditions of the Esthetic World Beauty.” on registration page where registration form for online course/training is located, you agree to this statement.
  •       Classes: Keep in mind that a $500 deposit is non-refundable. By clicking “I agree to the terms and conditions of the Esthetic World Beauty.” on registration page where registration form is located, you agree that deposit cannot be refunded. You can enroll for the class only if you are agreed to this terms & conditions.
  •       PPE/Safety Products: Refunds will not be provided for any PPE* product that is already processed. We do not provide credit and refunds. PPE* products are not returnable after purchase. Returning PPE* products are not allowed. (*) PPE Products: Gloves, Disposable Surgical Masks, Sanitizers, Anti-fog Masks, Face Shields, Dental Bibs
  •       Refund and Exchange Period: The money exchange period (refund period) lasts for the first 30 days from the date of purchase.   •       Right to Cancel & Refund: Until the order is processed (usually within 12-24 hours after payment is made), customer may request order cancelation and refund without any fees. If order is already processed, 20% restocking fee will apply to total amount paid, and customer is not eligible for full refund.
  •       Restocking Fee: After order is processed, and customer request order cancellation & refund, customer will be partially refunded 80% of total amount paid (20% restocking fee is deducted).
  •       Refund: All refunds are made to the original payment method used by customer at the moment of the transaction. It can take 10+ days for a refund to appear on your statement if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance. Once the refund is processed, customer will get notified by an email that refund is successfully issued.
  •       Warranty Period: Basic warranty period for all electronic devices is 6 months or 180 days (valid 180 days from the date of purchase). There may be warranty period exceptions if you have purchased an additional warranty, you will have a basic 6 month warranty plus the additional warranty period you purchased (not applicable to all devices). During the warranty period, your device is in the replacement period (device can be replaced) and lasts until the end of the warranty period. After the expiration of the warranty period, we cannot replace your product or give you a refund.

 

Rules and business practice that are not regulated by this policy: Esthetic World Beauty reserves the right to act in accordance with its business policy in a way that is least likely to affect or cause the least damage to our business.
