SHIPPING POLICY

Esthetic World Beauty, Inc. (“we” and “us”) is the operator of

(https://estheticworldbeauty.com/online-shop/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1.   General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

2.   Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on cart total and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer, unless primary shipping method (USPS) is not available or dramatically changed it’s pricing, then we will request additional payment from customer. If customer refuses paying additional fee for shipping, order will be canceled and fully refunded.

 

3.   Warranty & Returns

3.1 Warranty & Returns

Esthetic World Beauty, Inc. will happily honor any valid warranty claims. Please refer to Return & Refund Policy, as Warranty Returns are regulated by that document.

 

4.   Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time for Domestic and International Shipping Locations

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days, while orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. There are various factors that can greatly contribute to problems with shipment, such as weather, holidays, courier overload, or customs problems for international packages.

 

4.2 Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been processed/dispatched.

 

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Esthetic World Beauty, Inc. will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS.

 

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

4.7 Estimated Delivery Time

During customers shopping experience, we may give estimated delivery time for their orders. However, because that’s only estimation, we can’t influence delivery time once order is taken over by USPS/other courier.

 

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the estimated/forecasted time, please contact us by provided method so that we can investigate.

 

5.   Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number and link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Notifications are sent by an email; however, we cannot guarantee email deliverability, we encourage customers to check their Spam/Junk folder. If a customer has made an account during first purchase, he will be able to access the tracking number thru “My Orders”.

 

6.   Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

 

7.   Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Esthetic World Beauty, Inc. encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Esthetic World Beauty, Inc.

at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the shipping fee. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

8.   Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed/dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, 20% restocking fee will apply. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

9.   Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable, reasons: (incorrect address, address format, failed delivery attempts, item is too big for a P.O. Box, or refused by recipient, etc).

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Since shipping charges are non-refundable, orders that are returned to us as undeliverable requires additional shipping cost.

In case customer does not longer want to receive an order (cancel order) that is undeliverable, on customer request we will issue a partial refund without shipping cost and also, we reserve right to charge 20% restocking fee.

 

10.   Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

10.1 Process for parcel damaged or lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

11. International Shipping Policy

For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Each shipping option have it’s estimated delivery time, advantages and cost.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Esthetic World Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery of international parcels may be delayed due to customs clearance issues and where this occurs we are not responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, postal services are experiencing delays in shipping time. Please be patient with us, as we all try to navigate this difficult time.
